We have fixed prices for our services, covering editing, color correction, music selection, storytelling, and stabilization. Prices start from $200, with specifics depending on the chosen package.

Yes, basic color correction is included in all our packages. Advanced color grading or specialized corrections might incur additional charges.

Do special effects cost extra?

Basic effects are included in our standard packages. However, advanced special effects or animations are priced separately based on the complexity and duration.

Do you charge extra for footage over the package limit?

Upon receiving your footage, we align with your style or vision. Our team reviews the material for key moments, then proceeds with editing, color correction, and audio enhancement. Client feedback is considered throughout. If you want a unique style, we can accommodate.

How do you ensure the edit captures our wedding day?

How do I submit my raw footage?

You can send us your raw footage using Google Drive or Dropbox. If you prefer, you can also request a link from us, and we will provide you access to our dedicated upload service.

How can I provide feedback or a review for the film?

Absolutely! We’ll share a link with you via Vimeo to review the edit, allowing you to provide specific feedback directly on the film and our email response times are quick. We value your input and will ensure it’s integrated seamlessly into the final product.

How long will it take for my film to be edited?

Our standard editing turnaround time is 10 days. However, depending on the complexity of the footage, we may be able to deliver sooner. We always prioritize quality in our work. If you have a specific deadline, please inform us in advance, and we will do our utmost to accommodate it.

How many years have you edited wedding films?

We are a dedicated team of 10 wedding film editors, all of whom have between 5 to 6 years of experience in both shooting and editing wedding films. That’s all we focus on, and we’re proud of the expertise we’ve built over the years.

How do you handle client confidentiality during the editing process?

We prioritize client confidentiality. Every piece of footage and information is treated confidentially, protected by our team’s non-disclosure agreements. We securely store all data, never using your films outside of the service requested. Post-project completion, we ensure to delete the footage for added privacy.

Do you provide updates during editing?

Yes, we do! Our clients can log in to their account on our website to view updates on their projects. We ensure transparency every step of the way and are always at hand to address any queries or concerns.

Yes, we offer an expedited service for clients who require a quicker turnaround. This service comes at an additional charge of $100 over the standard price.

Do you require a deposit upfront? If so, how much?

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your booking. Typically, this is a non-refundable 50% of the total cost.

What’s your refund policy for cancellations or issues?

We prioritize client satisfaction. If you cancel before editing begins, we’ll refund your 50% deposit. Once started, the deposit is non-refundable. You get three revision rounds. If unsatisfied after revisions, you can withhold the remaining payment, cancelling the project. After full payment post-review, no refunds are given, implying satisfaction.

Is there a late fee for overdue payments?

We do not charge late fees. After a film is sent for review, we anticipate feedback within a month. If no response is received, we will wait an additional month. If there’s still no feedback after two months, the order will be canceled, and the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We offer promotional discounts during certain seasons or events. Additionally, we provide special rates for repeat clients and bulk bookings. We recommend reaching out to our team or checking our website for current promotions and discount offers.

Do you accept international credit cards for payment?

Absolutely! While we currently accept payments in USD, we’re excited to announce that we’ll soon be accommodating payments in various local currencies for added convenience.

When is the balance due? After film delivery?

The remaining balance of 50% is due upon completion but before the final delivery of the edited film. This ensures the project’s successful conclusion. Once the payment is cleared, we send the final edited film for you to download.

Can I get the film in both digital and physical formats?

We provide films in digital format for easy access and sharing. Unfortunately, we do not offer physical formats at this time.

Can I select moments for the highlight reel?

Absolutely! Clients can provide timestamped in-points and out-points from the raw footage to pinpoint desired scenes. This ensures precision in editing and guarantees that the highlight reel aligns with the client’s vision.

Can you correct poorly lit or off-color footage?

We don’t do special effects, but we do incorporate slow motion and transitions to enhance the storytelling of your film.
