Raw footage is stored for 60 days after final delivery, then permanently deleted, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Any final video edits that we produce for you will be your property, and we will not use them for any purpose without your express permission. If we wish to show these edits to prospective clients, on social media, or in marketing materials, we will always ask for your permission in advance. If you choose to deny this request, we will fully respect your decision.

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

To deliver our services we use third-party platforms including Dropbox and Google Drive for file transfer and storage, and Musicbed for licensed music. Your files may be stored on these platforms during the editing process. The security of your Personal Information and Video Footage is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information or Video Footage we have collected from you.
