Welcome to EditStories.com. This website is owned and operated by EditStories.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy.

We offer a video editing service. In order to use our services, you must provide all necessary materials, including video footage, and any specific instructions for the edit. The final product will be delivered to you based on the specifics agreed upon at the time of order.

By using our services, you agree that you are responsible for providing accurate information, instructions, and materials. You also agree to review the final edited video and to approve it or request modifications in a timely manner.

All services must be paid for in accordance with our payment terms. A deposit of 50% is required to commence work, with the remaining 50% due upon your approval of the final edited video.

Three rounds of revisions are included with each project. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the final files. Additional rounds beyond those included may be quoted separately.

Our standard turnaround is 10 days from receipt of complete footage and instructions. Turnaround begins once all materials and the deposit have been received. Delays caused by incomplete materials or late responses to our queries may extend the delivery date.

Raw footage is stored securely for 60 days after final delivery, then permanently deleted. If you require revisions after this period, the footage will need to be re-uploaded.

All edited videos delivered to you are your property. We work white-label: your films are delivered without our branding, and we will not use your footage or the finished films for any purpose without your express permission.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of these Terms on the website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bengaluru, Karnataka and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
